The Warwick Valley Community Center will host its annual Haunted House fundraiser on Fri., Oct. 18 and Sat., Oct. 19 from 7 to 10 p.m. and on Sun., Oct. 20 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Local artists, performers and student volunteers will turn the 1920s former schoolhouse into a multi-room, interactive horror show. This year’s theme, “The Curse of Blackstone Manor,” tells the story of a Robber Baron who made his fortune off the sweat of workers in his coalmines. It features three floors of haunts, including an abandoned mine shaft, séance room, and nursery from hell. There will also be a Monster Mash party with games, snacks, and trick or treating for little ones.
Tickets can be purchased at the door for $10 per person or four for $30. For more information, call at 986-6422.
