Now located at 311 Route 94 South, R&D Legal Bookkeeping, formerly in the Village of Warwick and later in Chester, provides bookkeeping, payroll and QuickBooks services and training throughout Orange, Rockland and Bergen counties.
On Friday, Jan. 13, members of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce joined R&D owner Rochelle DeJong, her staff, friends and associates for the official grand reopening of the firm at its new location.
The new office affords ample space for specialized training and QuickBooks seminars, which can be arranged by appointment.
DeJong is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, with 30-plus years of bookkeeping experience.
“In this economy,” said DeJong, “it is so important for businesses to gain control of their finances and stay on top of their filings. Our payroll services help them do just that and unlike other larger payroll companies who hold your money for up to 30 days, our clients’ payroll tax payments are made directly from their bank account to the federal or state entities so their money earns interest until the day the tax is due.”
DeJong added that now is the perfect time for businesses to get their financial affairs in order, including how they pay their employees. R&D Legal Bookkeeping in the Warwick Valley, she explained, is running a payroll services special where new clients will receive the first month of services free.
DeJong also stated that R&D Legal Bookkeeping prides itself on filing payroll taxes in a timely manner. Reports are available anytime a client needs to have current information and there is no waiting for quarterly reports.
“Our remote bookkeeping and billing services,” she said, “are available for all types of businesses. As we know businesses are unique and we work with the client to ensure the proper procedures are setup for bookkeeping, payables, invoicing and financial reporting, I tell all my clients to consider us an extension of their office.”
