Regal Homes and Properties is now hosting its second annual “Light up Warwick” contest, which is open to all residents within the Town of Warwick.

The firm is accepting all contest entries from traditional, classic and unique to extreme wattage on its web site until Dec. 28.

All the homes will be featured on Regal Homes & Properties Facebook and winners will be selected by the most “Likes.”

In addition to prizes for homes with the most likes, Regal will make a monetary donation on behalf of each of the winners to either the Warwick Valley Humane Society or the Warwick Ecumenical Council Food Pantry.

“Our light committee is out each night looking for well lit displays,” said Regal’s co-owner Kim Corcum. “We encourage all Warwick residents to contact us if they see a home with lots of good lighting so that we can invite them to enter the contest for fun prizes this holiday season.”

Regal Homes and Properties agents have also decorated their own office in a “Gingerbread House” theme with life-size gingerbread men, lollipops, candies and lights.

“Our light contest coordinator Jennifer DiCostanzo ,and Walter Ross, who provided skillful technical support, were committed to making this year and every year after bigger and brighter by showcasing a holiday light display for all to enjoy.”

To vote and get updates and locations of displays you can follow the contest on Facebook at Regal Homes and Properties.
