Voting for the second annual Gingerbread House contest ended Dec. 21. And on Jan. 2, the winners of the family and individual categories were announced at an award presentation. The individual Gingerbread Contest award went to Hannelore Vogler for her creation, “German Christmas Box” placed at Etched in Time. The winner of the family division was “Christmas at 29 Oakland Avenue,” by Chris DeHaan, a partner in the Middletown firm of DeGraw & DeHaan Architects, and his daughter Bridget, a senior at Warwick Valley High School.
