WARWICK, New York — Not dining out much? Now is your chance to enjoy the pleasures of being waited on and served the meal of your choice for less. Restaurants in the scenic Warwick Valley are participating in “WinterDining,” a promotion offering special menus at discounted rates from February 22 through March 8.
Organized by the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Warwick Restaurant Coalition, WinterDining includes restaurants in Warwick, Florida, Westtown, Greenwood Lake, Bellvale and nearby Vernon, NJ.
In addition to eating well at reduced cost, diners are encouraged to shop locally and stay over in a cozy bed and breakfast. Shopping is a great draw to the Warwick area and many retailers will be offering special bargains. Local bed and breakfast establishments are working with the restaurants by featuring mid-week WinterDining rates.
The Warwick Valley is a destination known for its Victorian charm, sense of community, sophisticated culture and distinctly rural character. Located in southern Orange County, New York, the Warwick area is just fifty-five miles from New York City and forty miles from White Plains.
