WARWICK – The Angel Tree will be up just in time for the annual celebration of “Home for the Holidays.”

Members of the Warwick Merchant Guild and participating merchants are finalizing plans for this year’s annual event, which will kick off on Sunday, Nov. 21, with a downtown festive celebration from noon until 5 p.m.

Visitors will find most downtown shops decorated for the holidays and offering “open house” events with free refreshments and special offers.

To make sure everyone is in the holiday spirit, there will be various fun events throughout the downtown area including music and Christmas caroling. And the traditional Angel Tree will be displayed on Main St. between Akin’s Drug Store and Newhard’s Gift Shop until Dec. 22.
