Warwick – Representatives of the Town and Village of Warwick, the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce and Apple Ridge Estates gathered Sept. 16 for an official grand opening of the new home development site.

Several years ago Robert Loughrey and his partner William Borra felt that they could duplicate their award-winning style of home construction, which had been successful in northern New Jersey, in other areas including Warwick.

After many successful years of building “luxury homes” in the Allendale and Mahwah areas, they decided to employ the same quality craftsmanship and interior design in a new development on a picturesque site just off Upper Wisner Road in Warwick, that they would name,” Apple Ridge Estates.”

Loughrey is a longtime resident of Warwick. He and Borra list the Church of St. Stephen, the First Martyr and Warwick’s Town Hall among their local building accomplishments.
